MISSARI Return and Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

MISSARI does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the specific circumstances outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.


1. Exchanges for Defective Items Only

Exchanges are available within 5 business days of purchase for manufacturing defects only.

Examples of defects include:

  • Broken zipper

  • Torn seam

  • Non-functioning pump or dispenser

  • Item damaged in transit

  • Incorrect item received

2. Items That Cannot Be Exchanged

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, MISSARI cannot exchange or accept returns for the following:

  • Jewelry

  • Skincare products

  • Underwear or lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Hair extensions

  • Accessories (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, cosmetic tools, etc.)

  • SALE, DISCOUNTED, or CLEARANCE items

These items are strictly final sale.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds (cash or card) are available only on the same day of purchase.

After the date of purchase has passed, no refunds can be issued.


4. Store Credit

If an exchange for a defective item is approved but the same item is unavailable, we may issue store credit.

Store credit terms:

  • Valid for 365 days

  • Non-transferable

  • Cannot be applied to past purchases or gift cards


5. Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange due to defect, the following must be provided:

  • Original tags and packaging (shoe boxes, product tags, bags, etc.)

  • MISSARI invoice, receipt, or packing slip

  • Item must show no signs of wear, stains, odors, or misuse

  • Item must have been purchased directly from MISSARI

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


6. Shipping Policy (Mail Boat Orders)

MISSARI ships within The Bahamas via mail boat only.
Customers are responsible for:

  • All shipping, freight, and mail boat fees

  • Ensuring payment is made two business days before the intended shipping date

  • Return shipping costs for defective exchanges

MISSARI does not deliver packages on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, during bad weather, or on sale days.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the mail boat directly.

Before shipping your return, please send a photo of the package to WhatsApp 242-376-0400 so our team knows what to expect.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.


7. Gift Purchases

If an item purchased as a gift is found to be defective, the exchange rules above apply.

If it cannot be replaced, store credit will be issued to the gift recipient.
Gift cards are non-refundable and expire in 6 months.
