NO CASH REFUNDS, NO RETURNS
We do not offer returns or exchange on shoes, underwear, swimwear, accessories (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, costume jewellery), hair extensions for hygienic reasons.
We DO NOT EXCHANGE or OFFER STORE CREDIT on:
- Items with removed tags or missing packaging (example, shoe boxes, handbag tags, etc.).
- Items without a MISSARI Invoice/Receipt or Packing Slip.
- Items not purchased at MISSARI.
- SALE, DISCOUNTED or Clearance ITEMS.
We do not offer CASH REFUNDS. We offer exchanges within 5 BUSINESS DAYS only due to:
- Defective or Faulty products
- Damaged products
- Wrong product sent
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for a store credit or different item.
If any issues, PLEASE email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp 242-376-0400 right away, you may include photos in your message.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded for any store credit or exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or a message 242-376-0400.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Gift Cards are NON-REFUNDABLE and are valid for 6 months.
Currently, MISSARI only offers shipping within THE BAHAMAS, via MAIL BOAT. Orders must be paid for TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS before it has to be shipped in order to be delivered on time to the mail boat of your choosing. We do not deliver packages on weekends (FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY), during bad weather, or during our SALE DAYS.
You are responsible for paying any freight or fees related to your packages.
If your package is lost please contact the respective mail boat.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not pay any fees for returned packages.
Please send a photo to 242-376-0400 via whatsapp of the package so we’ll know what to look out for when we retrieve it.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary to 5 – 7 business days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
