2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases made through MISSARI are final sale.
MISSARI does not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds except in the specific situations outlined below.
Any exceptions must follow our official Return & Exchange Policy.
3. REFUND POLICY (SAME-DAY ONLY)
MISSARI only issues refunds if requested on the same day as purchase, whether in-store or online.
After the date of purchase has passed:

No refunds will be issued

No reversal will be processed

No payment method will be credited
This applies to cash, debit, credit, and digital payments.
4. EXCHANGES FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY
MISSARI only offers exchanges within 5 business days for items that are:

Defective

Damaged

Incorrect
Examples of defects include broken zippers, faulty pumps, ripped seams, or manufacturing errors.

MISSARI does not exchange items due to change of mind, sizing issues, or wear and tear.
5. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
For hygiene and safety reasons, MISSARI does not accept returns or exchanges on:

Jewelry

Skincare
-
Underwear or lingerie
-
Swimwear
-
Hair extensions
-
Cosmetic accessories (lashes, tools, implements, etc.)

Sale, discounted, or clearance items
These items are strictly final sale.
6. STORE CREDIT
If a defective item cannot be replaced, MISSARI may issue store credit.
Store credit rules:

Valid for 365 days

Non-transferable
-
Cannot be used for gift cards

Cannot be exchanged for cash
7. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING (BOAT DELIVERY ONLY)
MISSARI ships within The Bahamas only via boat.
Orders must be paid 1 business day before shipping to ensure timely delivery to the mail boat of your choosing.
MISSARI does not deliver packages on:

Fridays
-
Saturdays
-
Sundays
-
Bad weather days

Sale days
Handling Fee
MISSARI charges a $10 handling fee to prepare and deliver your package to the mail boat.
Freight Costs
Customers are fully responsible for:

Mail boat freight charges

Collection fees
-
Any additional shipping expenses
MISSARI does not pay freight charges.
Once the package is dropped off to the mail boat, MISSARI’s responsibility ends.
If your package is lost or delayed, contact the mail boat directly.
8. RETURN SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES
If an exchange is approved for a defective item, the customer is responsible for:

MISSARI does not guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

If You create an account on our website:
