Shipping Policy
MISSARI currently offers shipping within The Bahamas only, and all shipments are sent via boat.
Orders must be paid one (1) business day before the intended shipping date to ensure they are delivered to the mail boat of your choosing on time.
MISSARI does not deliver packages on:

Fridays

Saturdays
-
Sundays
-
During bad weather

During MISSARI sale days
Handling Fee (Delivery to Mail Boat)
MISSARI does not pay for or cover any freight, mail boat, or transportation fees.
There is a $10.00 handling fee for preparing and delivering your package to the mail boat.
This fee covers:

Processing and packaging your order

Preparing labels and documentation

Delivering your package to the mail boat of your choice
Once the package has been dropped off, MISSARI’s responsibility ends.
All freight and mail boat charges must be paid directly by the customer to the mail boat.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the respective mail boat directly.
Returning an Item for Exchange
If an exchange has been approved for a defective item, please ship your return package to:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and MISSARI does not cover return shipping charges or mail boat costs.
Before shipping, please send a photo of the package to WhatsApp 242-376-0400 so our team knows what to expect when retrieving it.
Shipping Time for Exchanges
Once the exchange is processed and shipped, delivery time may vary based on location.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your replacement item to reach you.
